Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 2026

1. Subscription Services

By subscribing to Atelier Tools, you agree to a recurring monthly/yearly fee. Access to tools is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. Billing & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription until canceled.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal or by contacting us at support@atelier-tools.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limits, or use Atelier Tools for illegal activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

Atelier Tools is provided "as-is." We are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions during maintenance.
